Capri Anderson's Lawyer Contacts Sheen's Attorney

10/28/2010 10:25 AM PDT by TMZ Staff   TMZ has learned ... Capri Anderson's lawyer has already contacted Charlie Sheen's attorney who specializes in settling messy situations with celebrities -- but Capri's attorney got an icy response.

Sources connected with Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, tell TMZ her lawyer contacted one of Charlie's attorneys.  Sources tell us Capri's lawyer sent an email to legal pit bull Marty Singer yesterday ... informing Singer that Capri has lawyered up.  We're told Singer's response was simply, "Ok. So what?"

Capri claims Charlie threatened her in the hotel room, although she made no mention of this to NYC cops. 

We're guessing this one won't be as easy as Rachel Uchitel.

Celine Dion's Twins Released from Hospital

10/28/2010 10:45 AM PDT by TMZ Staff   Celine Dion's newborn twin boys -- who have been in an incubator since their birth this past weekend -- have now been released from the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the boys are "healthy" enough to be cared for at home -- so the docs at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL gave Celine the green light to take the kids home today.

As we first reported, Dion gave birth last Saturday -- at the time, her boys only weighed around five pounds.

Charlie Sheen: I'm Ready for My Close-Up

10/28/2010 10:40 AM PDT by TMZ Staff   TMZ has learned Charlie Sheen has just arrived at a movie set in the San Fernando Valley to perform a cameo role.

As TMZ first reported, Sheen accepted a small role to play himself in a movie called, "She Wants Me."  The script calls for 4 pages of dialogue.

It should take Sheen approximately half a day to do the job.

It may be a tough shoot, because we've learned Charlie lost his voice yesterday.

Charlie Sheen's 'Date' Mugs with Denise Richards

10/28/2010 8:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff   Under the category ... be careful who you pose for pictures with ... TMZ has obtained a now-awkward photo of Denise Richards mugging for the camera with Capri Anderson, just hours before The Plaza Hotel incident.

The photo was taken at Daniel restaurant in NYC, where Charlie Sheen, three other guys and five women, including Anderson, went to dinner at 8:00 PM Monday.  Denise was also invited to dinner, showed up and we're told Anderson made a beeline for her, saying she was a big fan and wanted a pic with her.  We're told Denise, who had no idea who the woman was, obliged.

But sources tell us Denise quickly figured it out and became so uncomfortable she left during appetizers.

And you know the rest of the story ... after an alcohol-fueled dinner, Charlie and Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, ended up in his hotel room.

Charlie Sheen's Watch ... Still MIA

As we first reported ... Charlie went nuclear in the room and accused Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, of stealing it.

Sources connected with Charlie tell us the missing watch is worth $100,000. 

Charlie is a watch nut whose collection is valued at $5.6 mil.
